As we enter the Chinese New Year of the Horse today, the veritable gallop of Ryon Wen and Ian Keegan, the business duo behind some of Dublin’s most interesting Chinese restaurants, continues apace with the opening of China Hunan in D6 Ranelagh, less than 12 months after the opening of their glamorous Bond-esque China Song in Monkstown.

With seven restaurants currently in their IR Entertainment portfolio, including Bullet, Biang Biang, Hakkahan, Nan and Little Dumping, they also plan to open a Hot Pot restaurant next door to China Hunan and to convert Nan into a Hong Kong-style cafe.
