Continuity is usually the game of the game for Andy Farrell, but after making six changes to his team for last weekend’s 20-13 win over Italy, and getting a positive response from the majority of players he brought in, the Ireland head coach now has some big selection decisions to make for Saturday’s tough test at Twickenham (2.10).
