Gardaí have sought the assistance of the public in identifying the victim who has a tattoo on the inside of his right forearm. The tattoo is described as a blue and white flag with the words ‘Ceol is Beatha’, meaning ‘music is life’.

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after being struck in the face with an e-scooter during a violent attack in the Temple Bar area while he lay on the ground unconscious.
