Publication of North Kerry report rekindles mother’s anguish for her daughter

A mother has told how her daughter experienced suicidal ideation after being prescribed medication by the North Kerry Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (Camhs).
Karen Ivers’ daughter Jessica Keohane was one of the children whose cases were reviewed as part of an independent report into the service.
