A personal injuries claim by a woman, who alleged she had suffered losses of more than €540,000 arising from a collision between cars in a car park, was today dismissed by Judge Ken Connolly in the Circuit Civil Court.

Barrister Michael Murray successfully applied to have Lucan, Co Dublin, woman Teresa Connolly’s claim against Deirdre Gilhawley, of Park Avenue, Castleknock, Dublin, thrown out for want of prosecution. Ms Gilhawley was also awarded her legal costs.
