The betting suggests Falls Of Acharn has a big ask to get the better of Precious Man and One Horse Town at the top of the market but he’s a handy little type. He won first time out at Musselburgh last month and although he was disappointing last time out, he wasn’t beaten that far. I don’t know a great deal about him but I’m looking forward to riding him and seeing what he can produce.

14:25 Kempton – Go West

Go West has got a nice chance after winning well at Musselburgh last time out. You can question his form around Kempton but the ground was too quick when he last rode there and it was never really happening. He’s got a nice chance.

I like Loaded And Locked. He’s got a nice little chance. He improved massively last time out when winning at Hereford but we don’t want the ground too soft. I like his chances.

I’m delighted to be riding Leader In The Park he’s a nice spare to pick up. I’ve beaten him and he’s beaten me a few times but I really like him. I don’t see the trip being an issue and he should stay. He obviously likes Kempton as he’s won round there before. I’m not sure that Ben Jones, who will ride Ben Pauling’s other runner Henrys Friend, has picked the right one!

Ma Wang Des Bois is a lovely horse. I haven’t been through the race properly yet but I was very impressed by him at Hereford when he finished second on his debut. He travelled very well and ran a lovely race. This is a really smart horse and I’ll be disappointed if he doesn’t run well. His price is too big and he’ll run a big race.
