The downpour of rain and chilly temperatures didn’t deter the hundreds of customers that flocked to the official opening of the latest McDonald’s in Wexford on Wednesday with many waiting in the lengthy queues outside the €3m development.
The levels of footfall on the opening day gave the new hires a baptism of fire, while some staff members onsite came from the McDonald’s in Drinagh, Wexford, to assist with training and offer experienced hands to those still learning.
