One of the keenest rivalries in Gaelic football takes centre stages this afternoon as Armagh take on Donegal in round four of the National Football League.
The game is a repeat of the last two Ulster finals and of the 2024 Division Two final. All of those games were won by Donegal while they also got the better of the Orchard County in the League last season in Ballybofey in a game that was remembered for Aidan Forker’s infamous headbutt on Michael Murphy.
Indeed, Armagh are winless in five attempts against the defending Ulster champions and that’s a stat they could do with changing after back-to-back losses to Galway and Roscommon.
In contrast, Jim McGuinness’s side are three from three and sit top of the Division One standings.
