The Lady on ITV is finally making its long-awaited debut with fans eager to find out exactly when they can tune into the royal drama.
In September 2000, Jane Andrews murdered her boyfriend Thomas Cressman in their London flat, beating him with a cricket bat while he slept before fatally stabbing him.
Three years prior, Andrews had been made redundant from her position as royal dresser to the former Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson.
Andrews spent almost a decade working for the Royals after unexpectedly being hired when she applied for the position through The Lady magazine.
But how did Andrews go from a life of poverty in Lincolnshire, to working at Buckingham Palace, before being convicted of murder?
