Two brothers who stole boxes of food from a McDonald’s drive-thru while in “high spirits” have been told to make charity donations to avoid criminal convictions.
Graham (36) and Martin Cummins (27) took the €250 worth of fast food, which was recovered from their car by staff at the outlet in west Dublin, a court heard.
