ASICS are making a fresh move with the launch of an all-new silhouette: the Hypersync. Positioned as the next addition to the brand’s expanding lifestyle-meets-performance lineup, the model arrives as a purpose-built hybrid – less retro revival, more forward-facing evolution.

Making its debut next month, the Hypersync introduces a design style that mixes technical layering with a low-profile finish. Layered uppers, fluid panelling and bold sidewall branding create immediate points of interest, giving the release a strong look straight out of the gate!

There’s context here, too. ASICS’ sister brand Onitsuka Tiger has already proven the strength of the low-profile lane with the Mexico 66, one of the hottest retros currently in circulation. Meanwhile, competitors are pushing into similar territory – New Balance recently introduced the 204L and RC56, highlighting the appetite for minimalism.
