Shamrock Rovers have confirmed that they are in a “review” with Fifa over two agreements with agents regarding players.
A report in the Sunday Times last weekend stated there was an issue regarding a third party which held up the potential transfer of Rovers striker Michael Noonan to Bundesliga side Hoffenheim before the most recent transfer window closed.
