Victor is alarmed when he notices some negative comments on his cab profile – and later discovers that Carol is behind them on Thursday’s Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
It’s all part of the fallout from Carol’s grandson Lorcan taking a drink that had been spiked by Greg, the partner of Victor’s daughter Jess.
When Victor confronts Carol, she says: “My grandson ended up in hospital – and you covered for Greg.”
“That’s what you’ve been telling my customers?” says Victor.
“Welcome to the free market!” Carol replies.
