A famous Galway tourist hotspot will have a new café in the coming weeks with the novel location already hiring ahead of the big opening.

Cobblestones are looking for staff for their upcoming Coole Park café.

They are hiring baristas, waiting staff and kitchen assistants.

Cobblestones also confirmed that they will open in early March 2026.

Previously, the grounds were served by The Tearooms at Coole Park, which was welcome sight for walkers, joggers and adventurers at the magical south Galway forest park.

The Tearooms closed at the end of January 2026.

Many famous Irish figures found themselves at Coole Park at some point in time and the Autograph Tree details just some of them. Unfortunately, the Coole Park estate was almost let go into ruins. All that remains of the big house at the centre of it all is its plinth.
