Jack Keating issued an apology after an awkward exchange during Monday night’s Love Island All Stars final.

Presenter Maya Jama was forced to step in and encourage both Jack and Kyra Lizama to “move on” after a tense confrontation as the latest series of the reality dating show came to an end, the Mirror reports.

In a drama-filled finale – as the likes of Sean and Lucinda, Scott and Leanne, Ciaran and Samie, Yamen and Whitney and Zac and Millie all waited to learn their fate in the ITV2 competition – tempers raised as eliminated Islanders returned to the South African villa.

Tempers soon flared between the former Islanders as Kyra Lizama called out Curtis Pritchard over a video posted on Valentine’s Day.

Kyra didn’t stop there, however, as she continued to confront Dubliner Jack. While facing Jack on the other side of the villa, Kyra said: “That was not right of you to speak on my business! You can keep my name out of your mouth”, sparking applause from the crowd in attendance.

This ultimately led to an apology from Jack, the son of Boyzone star Ronan Keating. He said: “I shouldn’t have said that and looking back on it now, seeing how it came out and stuff like that.

“I probably meant it in a more playful way in the moment, I apologise and I shouldn’t have said that and yeah, I f**ked up.”

Love Island host Maya then intervened in an attempt to cool the tension, adding: “Okay, accountability, he’s sorry, let’s move on!” to which the audience clapped.

It is believed Krya was referencing the recent comments Jack made about her and Curtis on a podcast appearance.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, viewers were quick to share their thoughts as one person said: “Obsessed with Kyra dragging both Curtis and Jack on live tv #loveisland #loveislandallstars.”

A different account posted: “Absolute f**king cinema, Kyra standing on business, clocking Curtis and Jack on live tv, had these two men gagged, give her the 50k instead #loveisland #loveislandallstars #loveislanduk.”

While another viewer added: “Yes Kyra!!! #LoveIsland” with clapping emojis.

Ciaran and Samie came out on top in the Love Island 2026 final, scooping £50k as they were crowned winners after earning the most votes from the public.
