Gavin Friday is singer, songwriter and composer from Ballygall, Co Dublin. He was a teenager when he met Bono and Guggi. While Bono went on to form U2, Guggi and Friday became founding members of the Virgin Prunes. Friday has worked on soundtracks, including for Breakfast on Pluto and Romeo + Juliet. He now lives in Dublin with his partner.
