Maura Higgins was left nothing short of furious as she fell at the final hurdle on the US Traitors.
The Longford beauty was betrayed at the eleventh hour by her co-star and pal, Rob Rauch, and her disgust caused her fiery personality to flare up.
Rob formed an alliance with Maura as the celebrities attempted to uncloak the Traitors throughout the series. Rob swore down to Maura that he was a Faithful from the get-go, with Maura going as far as to stand up on his behalf to their fellow co-stars.

When Rob told Maura, ‘I have, and always have been, a Traitor’, the former Love Island star’s face was absolutely priceless with shock, but she soon launched a tirade against him.
Maura branded him an ‘absolute a**hole’, and lashed out at him, saying he’ll ‘never have a girlfriend’ because he’s such a good liar.

‘No, you’re joking?’ Maura finally said after her period of astonishment, before Rob admitted: ‘This whole game I’ve been a Traitor.’
Fuming, Maura continued: ‘Oh my god. I’m so stupid. I was so fooled by you. You absolute a***hoe. You pinky promised! You’re a piece of work.’

‘I was so convinced… you’ve embarrassed me,’ she continued. As Rob tried to speak, Maura cut over him, saying: ‘Don’t speak, please stop talking.
‘You’re never going to have a girlfriend after this, you’re such a good liar!’

After taking a breather and calming down, Maura spoke to the cameras and admitted she would’ve ‘done the same’ in order to win, had she been a Traitor.
‘I would’ve done the same, I think I’m just in shock – I actually thought I was winning!,’ she said.

Maura, 35, and Rob, 27, formed a close alliance that led fans to believe there was romance sparking between them, but that quickly came crashing down during the final roundtable.
Rob claimed the entire prize pot for himself after having agreed to split the $220,800 with Maura. Yikes!

Though fans love Maura, people are delighted that Rob won the show after playing a blinder of a game, and many took to X to joke that Maura had the word ‘gullible’ written on her forehead.
One X user penned: ‘Maura thought a pinky promise meant [something] on a show CALLED TRAITORS!!!!,’ as another wrote: ‘Maura really put all her faith in a pinky promise on a show called #Traitors you can’t make these levels of gullible up.’
