1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton went under the knife yet again — this time, for her eye.

The TLC personality, 38 — who previously underwent gastric bypass surgery to lose weight — documented what it was like to correct her lazy eye.

In a preview clip of 1000-Lb Sisters shared with TMZ on Friday, February 27, then-fiancé Brian Lovvorn (whom she wed on Halloween of last year) told cameras, “She’ll be getting surgery on both eyes today.”

“I’d say my biggest worry is the anesthesia because, I mean, there’s always a chance you don’t come out of it I guess,” Brian, 52, continued. “So, I mean, I’m hoping for the best but it is tough to just have to sit and wait.”

Slaton revealed in a 2015 YouTube video that she was diagnosed with ocular toxoplasmosis, which is described by the American Academy of Ophthalmology as “an infection of the retina and choroid caused by the intracellular parasite.”

She can be seen in the preview clip going under the knife as doctors told viewers what was happening during the procedure.

“We’re going to make an incision in the skin of the eye, up on the left side, and we’ll loosen the outside muscle,” Dr. Sean Donahue MD explained in the clip.

“We’ll then rotate the eye into the position we want it to be,” he added. “And then we’ll go over to the other side.”

Dr. Donahue said the right eye needed correction due to its “over elevation,” adding: “We’re going to correct the muscle that’s causing those eyes to drift out when she looks up and have less outward drift when she looks down.”

Slaton previously posted a TikTok that appeared to show off the results of her eye surgery in July 2025, prior to its upcoming airing, though she has a filter on her face.

On Instagram, Slaton shared a new image of herself on Friday, promoting a signing event.

“I cried when you were told your eye can be fixed..beyond happy for you…you look beautiful! 🖤🤗,” a fan wrote in the comments section.
