A serving garda is due up in court on Monday to face a dangerous driving charge in relation to the death of a pedestrian in north Dulin.
Michael Farrelly (40) who suffered fatal injuries when he was struck by a vehicle at Coast Road, Baldoyle, at around 1am on July 17, 2024 was killed instantly.
