Culleens, Co. Sligo and formerly of Grangebeg, Skreen, Co. Sligo – peacefully, at his home surrounded by his loving wife and devoted family following a short illness on 28th February 2026.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Bridget, father and mother-in-law John and Mary O’Neill, brothers Tommy, Paddy and Josie, sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Raymond and nephew John.
Eddie, beloved husband of Eileen and loving father of O’Neill, Quentin and Elaine. Sadly missed by his heart broken wife, sons and daughter, sister Annie, adored grandchildren Ethan, Evan, Rachel, Rebecca, Rory, Aisling, Dara and Tom Edward, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his home (Eircode F26 WP99) on both Sunday, the 1st March and Monday, the 2nd March from 4pm until 8pm.
Funeral will arrive to the Church of the Holy Family, Kilglass on Tuesday, the 3rd March for 12 o’clock Funeral Mass followed by burial in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass.
