Sony has revealed the system specifications for the PC port of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, along with other details related to the game’s performance.

System Requirements
Minimum

CPU: Intel Core i3-10100 or AMD Ryzen 3 3100
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB
RAM: 16GB

Recommended

CPU: Intel Core i7-11700 or AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6800
RAM: 16GB

In addition to the minimum and recommended system requirements, the Very High preset demands more powerful hardware. Players aiming to run the game at this setting will need an Intel Core i7-11700 or AMD Ryzen 7 5700X processor, paired with an RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card.

Other than these, the game will support NVIDIA DLSS 4, AMD FSR 4, and Intel XeSS 2. Upscaling and frame generation options will also be available. The game supports ultrawide aspect ratios, including 21:9 and 32:9. Ultrawide support will also come to the PlayStation 5 version via an update, releasing alongside the game’s PC launch.

For those unfamiliar, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is an action-adventure game where players take on the role of Sam Porter Bridges, working to save humanity from extinction. The game is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026. The game is currently available for pre-order on Steam and Epic Games Store, priced at ₹4,999.

In other news, Kojima has announced a new original animated series based on Death Stranding, titled Death Stranding: Isolations. The series is set to release in 2027 and will stream exclusively on Disney+.
