Streaming giants like Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV are preparing to release new seasons of their flagship TV shows in the coming months, but that’s not all. This quarter will also feature brand-new offerings, big network finales, and highly anticipated spinoffs and revivals.
While this is not an exhaustive calendar of every network or streaming TV show arriving through March and April, the following series are some of the most highly anticipated. Our curated list of spring 2026 offerings provides a convenient watchlist of some of the best TV shows across multiple genres this year.
Marshals – CBS & Paramount+
Premieres March 1, 2026 – New Episodes Weekly
Marshals is another neo-western set within Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone universe, this time created by Spencer Hudnut. Set after the events of its parent series, Marshals will follow rancher Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), a former US Navy SEAL, as he becomes a Montana US Marshal. The TV show will premiere on CBS on March 1, 2026, followed by its streaming premiere on Paramount+ the next day, March 2, 2026. The remaining 12 episodes will be released on CBS every Sunday and Paramount+ every Monday.
Young Sherlock – Prime Video

Guy Ritchie is back at it again with a Sherlock Holmes adaptation, this time leaving behind the film franchise starring Robert Downey Jr. for a TV show titled Young Sherlock. Ritchie serves as director alongside showrunner Matthew Parkhill, while Hero Fiennes Tiffin stars as the 19-year-old version of Sherlock Holmes, who’s even more chaotic and unpredictable than his adult counterpart. Young Sherlock season 1 will comprise eight episodes detailing Sherlock’s first murder mystery set at Oxford University.
Ted Season 2 – Peacock
All Episodes Releasing March 5, 2026
Created and directed by Seth MacFarlane, Peacock’s Ted is a prequel to the 2012 film in which MacFarlane plays John Bennett, a man whose best friend is a teddy bear brought to life during his childhood. The TV series follows the 16-year-old John, played by Max Burkholder, while MacFarlane continues to lend his voice to the vulgar stuffed toy. Ted season 1 premiered on January 11, 2024, and earned significant praise from general audiences (90% score on Rotten Tomatoes). Now, season 2 is preparing to bring John Bennet and his foul-mouthed teddy back to Peacock on March 5, 2026.
One Piece Season 2 – Netflix

Netflix’s live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece is diving into its sophomore season on March, 10, 2026. Season 2 is titled One Piece: Into the Grand Line, and will continue the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates, led by the always enthusiastic Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy). Every member of Luffy’s crew has their own individual goals, and to achieve them, they must confront a variety of adversaries, many of which are enhanced by magical Devil Fruits. One Piece is a rare success among live-action anime adaptations, making season 2’s arrival one of the most highly anticipated of 2026.
Virgin River Season 7 – Netflix

Sue Tenney and Patrick Sean Smith’s romantic drama Virgin River is returning with its seventh season on March 12, 2026. This Netflix series follows Mel Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge), a nurse practitioner who leaves behind her life in Los Angeles to move to the small town of Virgin River.

Outlander Season 8 – Starz

The final chapter of Starz’s Outlander is nearly here, continuing the time-traveling adventures of Claire Beauchamp (Caitriona Balfe), a World War II combat nurse, and her 18th-century Scottish highlander husband, Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan). Back in season 1 (2014), Claire accidentally travelled from 1945 to 1743, but a lot has happened since then. Outlander season 8 will return to 1779’s North Carolina, where Jamie and Claire will fight to protect their home in the face of the worsening Revolutionary War. As this Starz series wraps things up, there will be plenty more steamy romance and magical thrills.
The Madison – Paramount+
Part 1 Releasing On March 14, 2026 – Part 2 Releasing On March 21, 2026
Taylor Sheridan’s The Madison is another highly anticipated neo-western set in the Yellowstone universe. This debut season will be released on Paramount+ in two parts, each comprising three episodes. The Madison stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell as Stacy and Preston Clyburn, New Yorkers who move their family to the Montana Madison River valley. This Yellowstone spinoff will take a tone different from its parent series, focusing on the Clyburns’ emotional journey rather than on dramatic ranching conflicts. The Madison has already been renewed for a second season, which wrapped filming in 2025.
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat – Prime Video
Premiering March 20, 2026 – Part 2 Releasing March 27, 2026 – Part 3 Releasing April 3, 2026
Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky’s reality TV show, Jury Duty, was easily the most unique thing on television in 2023. Now, 2026 will get the same treatment. The hoax series’ sophomore season repeats the social experiment, this time following temp worker Anthony as he heads to a company retreat with his no colleagues, completely unaware that everyone there is an actor. Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat will premiere on Prime Video with three episodes on March 20, followed by two episodes on March 27 and three finale episodes on April 3, 2026.
Jo Nesbø’s Detective Hole – Netflix
All Episodes Releasing March 26, 2026
Netflix’s Norwegian crime drama, Jo Nesbø’s Detective Hole, is directed by Oystein Karlsen and Anna Zackrisson. The series is written by Jo Nesbø, author of the Harry Hole book series. Detective Hole will follow the titular investigator (Tobias Sentelmann) as he hunts a serial killer, all the while battling his own self-destructive behavior and his corrupt colleague, Tom Waaler (Joel Kinnaman). It will be a classic whodunit, matched with the gritty, thrilling tone of Nordic Noir.

For All Mankind Season 5 – Apple TV
Premiering March 27, 2026 – New Episodes Weekly
Apple TV has 10 more episodes on the way for its sci-fi drama For All Mankind, with season 5 premiering on the platform on March 27, 2026. The show, created by Ronald D. Moore, imagines an alternate history in which the 1960s space race resulted in the Soviet Union landing on the moon first, rather than the United States. For All Mankind season 5 is set in the 2010s and revolves around the conflicts between Earth and the Happy Valley colony on Mars. Critical approval has increased with every season of For All Mankind, so season 5 is expected to be another homerun.
The Miniature Wife – Peacock

Peacock’s The Miniature Wife, created by Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner, is a romantic sci-fi comedy starring Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfayden as Lindy and Les Littlejohn, a married couple whose life takes an unexpected turn when Lindy is shrunk during a technological mishap. Planned as a limited series, The Miniature Wife will follow the Littlejohns through 10 episodes as they struggle with the power dynamics of their now supremely complicated marriage.
Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair – Hulu

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Malcolm in the Middle’s final season, which means it’s time for a revival. Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair is a four-episode miniseries that will bring audiences back to check in on Malcolm (Frankie Muiz), now an adult with a girlfriend and daughter. Though he has distanced himself from Hal (Bryan Cranston) and Lois (Jane Kaczmarek), Malcolm has no choice but to reconnect when his parents demand he attend their 40th wedding anniversary celebration. John Griffin’s sci-fi horror series, From, returns in April 2026 with its fourth season. The show kicked off in 2022, introducing the mysterious, unnamed town that keeps visitors and residents trapped in an unending nightmare. Now, From season 4 follow its desperate central characters as they face the repercussions of the horrifying secrets uncovered in season 3. This involves the Man in Yellow stepping in to push back against From’s protagistists—the more answeres they discover, the deeper the danger.
