The Ireland open training session in the Aviva Stadium last week was a chance for the U-20 side to rub shoulders with the senior team, an invaluable experience in their development.
The fallow week allowed both sides to have some time off and reflect, but the battle was full-on, as both sets of players flew into tackles in preparation for battles against Wales next week.
