An uncompleted housing development in Ashford village is attracting antisocial behaviour and there has been constant complaints from people who have witnessed rats coming out of the buildings.
Permission was originally granted for the Mount Usher View development in 2009 to Chieftain Construction Ltd for the demolition of existing site structures and construction of a new mixed use development consisting of 24 units and office/retail space.
