Enoch Burke has been moved from Mountjoy Prison to Castlerea Prison in Co Roscommon, his family has confirmed.
It is understood this move, which happened on Sunday, is related to a recent disciplinary action by prison authorities. This followed an incident in which Mr Burke was served with a disciplinary report for allegedly disobeying the instructions of a prison officer while on a court visit.
