Dispute over whether proceeds from property should be split on 50-50 basis

Cork restaurateur Patricia Toscano and her former boyfriend, New York lawyer Michael Griffith, have agreed to enter confidential mediation in an effort to resolve a dispute surrounding a (€13.6m) Florida mansion.
But lawyers for Ms Toscano – who lives in Cork – have also insisted that a recommendation that Mr Griffith’s lawsuit against her should be dismissed in Florida must be upheld by the court.
