At the launch of the iQOO 15 Ultra, a hardcore gaming phone, iQOO confirmed that the device achieved an impressive AnTuTu score of 4,518,403. Now, the upcoming OnePlus 15T has appeared on the same benchmarking platform, achieving a score just below the iQOO flagship.

The OnePlus 15T AnTuTu listing reveals a score of 4,455,423. In the CPU, GPU, memory, and UX tests, the device recorded 1,233,201, 1,565,952, 622,283, and 1,033,987 points, respectively. The scores are impressive considering it is not an aggressive gaming phone like the iQOO 15 Ultra.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 15T features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 16 and appears to feature a 165Hz refresh rate display.
As seen in the listing, the OnePlus 15T carries the model number PLZ110. Previously, the same device was spotted with a 100W charger at China’s 3C certification in January.

Reports suggest that the OnePlus 15T may arrive with a 6.32-inch OLED panel with ultra-thin bezels, delivering 1.5K resolution and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded beneath the screen.
On the rear, the phone could offer two possible primary camera configurations. It may feature either a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 main sensor or a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 primary shooter, accompanied by a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto lens. On the front, it is expected to house a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The handset is tipped to pack a large 7,500mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It is also expected to come equipped with a Plus Key, a metal middle frame and carry an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance.
