A judge has publicly slated a man who admitted possessing over €4,000 of drugs following a garda search operation last year by branding him a “drug dealer” and criticising the many lives that have been “ruined from peddling his poison around the parish”.
Judge Raymond Finnegan delivered the stinging rebuke to Joshua Stephenson (21) of Fairview Drive, Killygowan, Monaghan at a sitting of Monaghan District Court arising from an incident at Tamlat, Tyholland, Monaghan on May 17, 2025.
