It was 2013. Dubliner Holly Carpenter, then 21, was competing on cycle nine of Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model. Supermodel Elle Macpherson was host and head honcho of a trio of judges that included singer Dannii Minogue and US model Tyson Beckford.
