The uncle of a Clare toddler who was tragically killed in a road crash near Inagh has slammed the authorities for failing to address serious safety deficits on the route.
Three year-old Estlin Wall passed away in 2017 after the car she was travelling in was forced to take evasive action to avoid on oncoming motorist who attempted what was described as a “crazy overtaking manoevure” at her inquest.

Steve insists designated pull-in spots are needed to enable safe overtaking as motorists are “dicing with death”.
