A developer behind a north Dublin housing estate has accused Uisce Éireann of being “unreasonable” and responsible for delays preventing dozens of people from moving into their new homes.
Prospective buyers have been waiting for months to complete the sales of properties in the Knocksedan estate in Swords due to water infrastructure issues.
