A little after 6.30pm on a recent Tuesday evening and we’re lucky to land one of the last tables at Le Gazin, a Somali restaurant on Dublin’s Dorset Street.
Le Gazin has been recommended to me by hospitality industry veteran Joe Macken, a man whose tips are always to be taken seriously, particularly when they pertain to his neighbourhood of the north inner city.
