Passed away peacefully, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at the Bon Secours
Hospital, Tralee, on Wednesday, 4 th March 2026, with his family by his side.

Predeceased by his parents Willie and Mame.

Maurice is very sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Margaret, son Liam, daughter Elena, son-in-law Alan, daughter-in-law Síomha, adored grandchildren Sadie, William and Sophia, brother Billy, sister Mary (O’ Mahony, Ballyvourney), brother-in-law Martin, sister-in-law Marian, nephew and niece, all his other relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Friday, 6 th March from 5.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. Requiem Mass for Maurice will be celebrated in The Church of The Assumption Abbeyfeale on Saturday, 7th March at 11.00 a.m.
