Foxpoint, Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at The Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family on 5th March 2026.
Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary, sister Kathleen and brother Pat.
John will be sadly missed and always remembered by his heartbroken wife Mary, daughters Geraldine, Christina, Joanna and Madalen, sons Johnny, Christopher and Jason, sisters Bridie and Mary, sons in law Graham, Alan, Gary and Raymond, daughters in law Vanessa, Sharon and Jennifer, sister in law Barbara (England), his 22 adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, his kind and caring neighbours and many friends.

Remains will repose at Healy’s Funeral Home, Barnatra (F26 DY62), on Saturday 7th March, from 4pm to 6pm.
Funeral Cortege will arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Glencastle (F26 DN83), on Monday 9th March, for Funeral Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in Glencastle New Cemetery.
