Surgeview, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo – peacefully in the wonderful care of the Staff of the Áras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet surrounded by her loving family on 6th March 2026.
Predeceased by her husband Martin, parents Pat and Catherine, her recently deceased sister Mary and brothers John and Paddy.
Beloved mother of Connie and Majella, adored grandmother to her cherished grandchildren Ruth, Éabha, Seán and Ryan and dear mother in law to Paul and Edwin.
She will be sadly missed by her family, the Lavelle family, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Bridget will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Sunday from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock.
Funeral arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Aughleam on Monday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 12.30 followed by burial in Emlybeg Cemetery.
