Sr. Maria died peacefully on the 8th March surrounded by her family and community in the wonderful care of the Staff in the Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by her parents Kitty and Frank and her sister-in-law Mary.
Deeply mourned by her sisters Nuala and Winnie, her brothers Michael,Paddy and Martin, sisters-in-law Anne and Kathleen, brothers-in-law Luke and Joseph, nieces Sadbh, Niamh, Angela, Joan and Edel, nephews Kieran, Eoin, Tadhg and Fran, her grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and friends, Sisters of Mercy Teaghlach Mhuire, Renmore and the Western Branch.
Sr. Maria will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 Y677) on Tuesday evening from 5.30.
Removal at 7 o’clock to the Cathedral of the Assumption.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11.30 followed by burial in the Convent Cemetery
