A Kerry-based artist has been left scratching his head as to why a mural of Killarney acting star Michael Fassbender that he was commissioned to do less than 12 months ago has been painted over in recent days.
Paul Egan had created the homage to the Academy Award-nominated actor in collaboration with the Kerry County Arts Office for a power box on East Avenue Road near the Outlet Centre, right in the heart of the town.
