Gardaà in Limerick are appealing for information following a burglary in Bruff where a quad bike and a significant sum of cash were stolen.
The incident occurred at a residential property in the Uregare area between late Tuesday night, March 3rd, and early Wednesday morning, March 4th.
Investigating officers believe the break-in took place sometime between 10:00pm and 6:45am,.
During the course of the burglary, the suspects managed to make off with a quad bike and a substantial amount of money.
Speaking to Live 95, Gardaà highlighted the importance of community vigilance following the overnight theft.
Local residents who may have noticed any suspicious vehicles or activity in the Uregare area during those hours are being urged to come forward.
Gardaà in Bruff are leading the investigation. Anyone with information, or who may have been offered a quad bike for sale in suspicious circumstances, is asked to contact Bruff Garda Station on 061 382940.
