Emmerdale spoilers follow.
In next week’s Emmerdale, Paddy and Dylan hand themselves in to the police and are charged with perverting the course of justice. Meanwhile, Graham steps up his plan to turn Joe against Kim, and Eric is onto Jai and Kerry.

1. Bear protects Paddy

Under interrogation, Bear is provoked by DS Walsh. He loses control when she continues pursuing her theory that his wrestling experience gave him the know-how to kill Ray.
Bear deliberately lies to protect Paddy’s name when he falsely claims that he killed Ray deliberately, but might have condemned himself to a life sentence.
2. Paddy and Dylan make a sacrifice

Desperate to free Bear, knowing he spent months held in captivity on the farm, Paddy and Dylan decide to hand themselves in to the police.
Mandy’s heart breaks at their sacrifice – and she and Paddy share a final hug at the police station front desk.
Later, the nightmare gets worse when Paddy and Dylan are told they’re going to be charged with perverting the course of justice.
3. The family try to help Paddy and Dylan

Paddy and Dylan’s loved ones are devastated at the news. Uncertain as to whether they’ll be released on bail, the family try to help in any way they can.
Needing to find a witness to confirm Ray planned to kill Dylan, they wonder if Laurel will help, as she was the last other person to see Ray alive.
As the court date gets nearer, April is worried to see Dylan sink to a new low. Can he cope with the guilt?
4. Graham manipulates Joe

Kim’s heart hardens when it comes to Graham, so he steps up his attempts to turn Joe against her.
Will Graham be able to change Joe’s mind and convince him that Kim is pure evil?
5. Jacob faces criticism
ITV
During his mentorship placement with Dr. Todd, Jacob struggles with the pressure.
But he’s left feeling even more defeated when the feedback he receives from Dr. Todd is brutal in its criticism.
6. Pollard rumbles Kerry
ITV
After getting wind of Kerry and Jai’s fling when gossip is rife around the village, Eric becomes suspicious that the rumours are true.
Trying to uncover their romance, Pollard hunts for clues and before long discovers concrete evidence. What will he do with the information?
7. Cain makes plans
ITV
After Cain’s shock revelations about his cancer diagnosis, Isaac is upset worried that his dad might die.
However, Cain is preoccupied in his search for new farmland…
