A Kerry couple who were ‘crushed’ when their permission to renovate and extend a derelict house was overturned believe the planning system ‘has no bit of humanity’.
The couple have called for an overhaul of the planning system which they feel lacks “common sense” and works against people who want to build a home – despite the ongoing housing crisis.
