Fleetwood Mac fans are getting a long-awaited gift: after nearly 50 years out of print, Buckingham Nicks is finally back.
The iconic 1973 album from Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham has been one of the most sought-after lost classics in rock. It was the record that caught Mick Fleetwood’s ear at Sound City, leading him to invite the duo to join Fleetwood Mac — a decision that forever altered music history.
On Friday, September 19, the official Fleetwood Mac Facebook page marked the rerelease with a heartfelt message paired with a split photo of the Buckingham Nicks album cover and a band shot from the 1970s.
