Sibling production partners Andy and Barbara Muschietti have long since proven their bona fides in the horror genre — they are, after all, the duo behind the hugely successful It movies as well as the film franchise’s TV spinoff, It: Welcome to Derry — so it makes perfect sense that they’ve launched their own horror-focused imprint. That company, Nocturna, will soon debut its first film with the Zazie Beetz-led They Will Kill You, which recently dropped its final blood-soaked trailer.

The movie stars Beetz as Asia Reaves, a woman who takes a job as a housekeeper in a New York City high rise, only to discover she’s been lured into the building in order to serve as a human sacrifice for members of a Satanic cult. Her captors expect her to be easy pickings, but — as you can see throughout the trailer embedded below — they picked the wrong woman to mess with.

Even without watching the clip, you can probably guess at the type of gory mayhem waiting to be unleashed once They Will Kill You gets going. Nocturna has touted the picture as “a tonal mix of Ready or Not and The Raid,” and those vibes are gushingly apparent throughout this trailer, which sees Beetz carving a furious path through a building full of people who mean to kill her. That pack of grinning psycopaths is rounded out by a pretty stellar ensemble cast, including Patricia Arquette (in no-nonsense Severance mode), Tom Felton (continuing to pave a colorful post-Harry Potter path), Boogie Nights legend Heather Graham, and Myha’la, one of the breakout stars from HBO’s hit series Industry.

Behind the scenes, They Will Kill You boasts an intriguing pedigree. The film was directed by Kirill Sokolov, known to genre enthusiasts for his work on the demented Why Don’t You Just Die!. Sokolov also co-wrote the screenplay, working alongside Alex Litvak, who had a hand in Predators as well as the Paul W.S. Anderson-helmed Three Musketeers movie. And then, of course, there are the Muschiettis, who approached the project on a mission to deliver pure popcorn entertainment.

“It’s a lot of fun,” Barbara Muschietti told Deadline last fall. “It’s horror-comedy-action, and a great mixture and balance of those three. It’s something people will walk out of with a smile on their face, and it’s what the world needs right now.”

You’ll be able to find out for yourself when They Will Kill You reaches theaters on March 27.
