It’s a lovely family moment – Keano beaming with pride as his daughter Caragh launches her food business ‘Superkeen’ into Dunnes Stores in Ireland.

Roy expressed his excitement on Instagram for his daughter in his own special way, playing on his public image on a FaceTime-style video with: “Isn’t that what you’re supposed to be doing, Caragh? That’s your job, girl.”

This is a big new venture for Caragh Keane, who recently got engaged, with a cereal inspired by her own health issues and search for a balanced lifestyle.

Superkeen is an Autoimmune Protocol (AIP)- friendly, allergen-free, and nutrient-dense cereal brand founded by Caragh Keane in 2024 to combat inflammation. Made with Tigernuts and Cassava, the grain-free, refined-sugar-free, and nut-free formula is designed to support gut health.

An autoimmune condition diagnosis inspired Caragh to research and produce her own brand, Superkeen, with a range of foods to promote an “anti-inflammatory lifestyle.” And the launch video really captures the warmth between daddy and daughter.

This isn’t the only exciting news for the family, as Caragh recently announced her engagement to her partner, as he popped the question in the Cotswolds. She posted a Polaroid photo online after the engagement, beaming alongside her new fiancé, showing off her stunning engagement ring with pride, all while keeping his identity under wraps.

The family are not strangers to running successful brands, as seen with Keano being the face of a huge campaign for sports fashion giants Adidas, with looks and clothes inspired by his life and career.
