A three-year-old boy who died after he was struck by a vehicle in the underground car park of Charlestown Shopping Centre in Dublin has been named locally as Noah Sikora.
Noah, from Charlestown, Dublin 11, was struck by a vehicle in the car park shortly after 8.40am on Wednesday morning.
He is survived by parents Bartek and Martyna, brother Leo and grandparents Wojtek, Dorota and Lucyna.
Noah’s funeral on will be held on Monday, March 16, at 11.30am at St Canice’s Church, Finglas village, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 1.20pm.
“He was a beloved son and a source of endless joy to his family. His sudden loss has left an unimaginable pain and emptiness in the hearts of those who loved him,” a fundraiser set up for the boy’s family read.
A GoFundMe page set up to help Noah’s family cover the cost of his funeral has raised €21,000.
A garda family liaison officer has being appointed to support the family.

The scene was preserved and a technical examination was carried out by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Investigations are ongoing, gardaí said.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
The statement added: “Persons who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were in the Charlestown area this morning between 8.20am and 9am are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Finglas garda station on 01 666 7500, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.”
