Emmerdale spoilers follow.

Emmerdale’s Graham Foster faced the consequences of his actions, as Rhona Goskirk discovered his one-night stand with Kim Tate. A heartbroken Rhona vowed to prioritise her husband Marlon Dingle going forward, but will letting go of Graham be that easy?

In yesterday’s episode of the ITV soap, Graham asked Rhona meet him at the footbridge to discuss their potential future. When she didn’t turn up, he drowned his sorrows with his ex-wife Kim and the pair ended up sleeping together.

Unbeknownst to Graham, Rhona had planned on meeting him but was side-tracked by her daughter Ivy. Today’s instalment opened with Graham discovering multiple missed calls from Rhona, before he apologetically told Kim that their night of passion was “an error of judgement”.

A stoic Kim agreed that their dalliance was a “one off” that was “never to be repeated”, and they parted ways. However, she later confessed to Lydia Dingle that being with Graham “felt so right”.

“I’m not saying we could just pick up where we left off, but when we were together, just the two of us, it was as if we’d never been apart,” she said.

Kim then explained that Graham had brushed her off, after seeing messages from Rhona. “If Graham thinks that he can just use me and then cast me aside, well, he never really knew me at all,” she added.

Elsewhere, Rhona explained to Graham why she wasn’t at the bridge and suggested another meet-up at lunch. When Lydia saw the two talking, she told the vet that Graham had slept with Kim and advised her to focus on her marriage.

A furious Rhona confronted Graham and made it clear that she wanted nothing more to do with him. She accused him of playing her and asserted that she only cared about Marlon.

“I couldn’t give a toss about you, Graham. So you can go and sleep with whoever will have you, because I don’t care!” she added.

Later, despite admitting to Vanessa Woodfield that she was bothered by Graham’s fling, Rhona declared that she was now focusing on her “perfect life with Marlon”. But will she really be able to dismiss her true feelings for her former flame?

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
