Tim Zach brings 14 years of experience to his new role as Account Executive with the Nebraska Rural Radio Association (NRRA). His background and passion for the industry make him a strong addition to the Nebraska Rural Radio Network.
“I was interested in joining a team that serves the people and businesses of rural Nebraska,” Zach said. “I’m excited to build lasting relationships with businesses in communities across rural Nebraska.”
Zach will focus primarily on sales for KBEAR while also supporting Nebraska Rural Radio Associations stations including KRVN, 93.1 FM The River and KAMI.
“Tim brings a tremendous amount of experience developing relationships with business owners and managers and helping grow their brands through broadcast radio and digital channels,” Adam Smith, the KBEAR market manager said. “We’re excited to have someone of Tim’s caliber join our team.”
Outside of work, some may recognize Zach for his music. Over the past 15 years, several of his songs have been played on the radio. He spent 10 years as the lead singer for the band Whiskey Bent before transitioning to solo performances over the last five years.
Along with music, Zach enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, golfing and cheering on his favorite teams, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers.
Please join us in welcoming Tim Zach of Loup City to the NRRA team.
