The stress of being the subject of a vile text exchange has clearly got to Married At First Sight bride Alissa Fay.
On Tuesday’s episode, the Adelaide bride, 33, broke down while discussing the drama with husband David Momoh, 31.
During Monday’s dramatic Partner Swap episode, the vile texts that were almost exposed during the Commitment Ceremony were read aloud by Alissa after she was sent the exchange by runaway bride, Juliette Chae.
Alissa sent David to the Partner Swap with clear instructions not to bring up the texts if he was partnered with Bec Zacharia – the source of much of the nastiness in the message exchange.
David was forced to reveal to Bec that he and Alissa had seen the offending texts after she immediately broached the subject.
As David recounted the meeting to his bride, Alissa became upset that the messages were even mentioned.

‘The one thing I said to David before he left was please do not bring up the text messages and it was brought up and it upset me,’ Alissa revealed to producers.
‘I’m really disappointed because that is something that I wanted to address.’
Pleading his case, David said that he could no longer hold his tongue after Bec claimed Gia Fleur was the most at fault as she had sent the messages to Juliette.
Alissa replied that Bec’s conversation with David did not matter as she needed to speak to Bec about the drama.
‘I don’t know what to believe anymore. But, I don’t care how many sorrys I get – it needs to be addressed,’ she told her husband.
Alissa also claimed that Bec had brought up the topic with David as a way to exploit his ‘kind nature.’
‘She knows that you’re kind. She’s leaning into you and she’s manipulating you. I don’t believe it,’ Alissa said.
While David reiterated that he told Bec that she needed to talk to his bride about the drama, Alissa could not hide her disappointment with her husband’s loose lips.
Clearly overwhelmed by the situation, Alissa broke down in tears when David told her he ‘hated’ seeing her so upset
‘I feel like David should have just shut it down completely,’ she told producers.
‘Bec just wants a leg to stand on because as soon as Juliette brought it up on the couch she was s***ting herself.’
Alissa then revealed to David that the drama had made her feel like ‘a fool.’
‘I feel like a f***ing idiot. I’ve been fooled so many times,’ she said before revealing to producers that Bec’s apology ‘means nothing.’

With tears streaming down Alissa’s face, David leaned in to dutifully console his bride.
‘I don’t know what to believe anymore,’ she said, with the emotion palpable on her face.
It comes after the vile texts were exposed by Alissa on Monday night.

The episode saw a shocked Alissa and her groom David, lying in bed, reacting to Bec’s vile invective.
‘Bec said: “Alissa is going f***ing down – rat b***h with her rat husband,’ Alissa read.
Bec’s unhinged rant continued, using a word to describe Alissa, for which Juliette herself was criticised during the couple’s retreat.
‘You know what? Alissa probably isn’t a bad girl, but her head is so far up her f***ing a***hole she doesn’t even realise what a c***t she actually is.’
As David tried to process what he was hearing, Alissa continued: ‘It gets worse. Bec then goes on to say: The only fake f***s in this place are those two a*** licking influencer wannabe c***s.’
Married At First Sight continues Wednesday at 7.30pm on Nine.
