It’s been confirmed Ireland will be the new European base for international arbitration aimed at resolving commercial disputes between the US and European companies.

The announcement was made yesterday at the Irish Consulate in New York by the Enterprise Minister Peter Burke.

The initiative will establish an International Centre for Dispute Resolution Ireland – a new European, Middle Eastern and African hub for international commercial arbitration in Dublin.
