Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his father Mossie, mother Sarah, brother Tádgh, grandparents Seán and Deirdre (Moore) and Maurice and Marian (Boddy) , his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, colleagues in sport and many friends.

May Jack Rest in Peace.

Jack will repose in The Church of the Immaculate Conception and St. Senan’s Kilkee (Eircode V15 PP80) on this Saturday evening the 21st March from 5.00p.m. until 7.00p.m.

Funeral to arrive to Kilkee Church on Sunday morning the 22nd March for 11.00a.m. Requiem Mass followed by Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 4.00p.m.
