Maura Higgins is being considered as the new star of the US version of ‘The Bachelorette’, according to bookies Ladbrokes.
A new edition of the hit show is coming to US TV screens soon, and the producers are searching for a new star to front the show.
Maura Higgins has been in the United States for the past few months, building her profile and attending glittering events after her appearance on The Traitors US won her millions of new fans.

She has also built herself a new following after presenting US Love Island, with odds suggesting she is even money to be the next face of The Bachelorette US.
Nicola McGeady of Ladbrokes commented: ‘Maura is breaking America for sure. She is a wanted woman, and she seems the most eligible Bachelorette in the US right now.’
Earlier this month, Maura brought a splash of red-carpet glamour to Hollywood as she stepped out with Eric Nam for the Armani pre‑Oscars party ahead of the Academy Awards.

The Irish TV star, 35, turned heads in a bold red suit worn without a bra, teamed with her now famous matching Hermès Birkin bag. She paired the striking look with pointed red heels and oversized sunglasses.
Maura has been making waves across the Atlantic in recent weeks following her appearance on The Traitors US.
Her stateside popularity has surged since her stint on the show, adding to a career that began with her breakout appearance on Love Island in 2019.

Since then, she has appeared on Dancing on Ice, Cooking with the Stars, and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!. She has also built a following in the US thanks to her hosting role on Love Island USA: Aftersun.
The Reality Show ‘The Bachelorette’ has been a massive worldwide hit with viewers.
The series revolves around a single woman and a pool of romantic interests (typically 25, though sometimes more), which could include a potential husband for the bachelorette.

Last week, Maura also stopped by SiriusXM to appear on Page Six Radio in New York, where she chatted with hosts about her growing US profile.
During the appearance, she revealed she had been gifted a £17,000 Hermès Birkin bag by her Traitors co-star Rob Rausch.
The lavish gift came after Rob betrayed Maura in the dramatic season four finale of the show, a move he later made up for with the luxury handbag.
Speaking about her love life to glossy magazine Cosmopolitan earlier this month, Maura said ‘I’m not saying I’m not open [to a relationship],” she says, but I’m not checking my DMs to see who’s in there.’
